OUR ANNUAL PICNIC AT THE CAPE MAY COUNTY ZOO

Once again, our AAUW Cape May County Annual Picnic will be at the Cape May County Park and Zoo on Route 9 in Cape May Court House.  We have reserved Pavilion D on Tuesday, June 20.  This pavilion is near last year’s pavilion.  Mary Jane Slugg will supply paper products.  Everyone should bring a dish large enough to share.

Expect to arrive between 11am and noon.  We will begin eating at 12:30. The Pavilion needs to be cleaned up afterwards and we need to be out by 4 pm.

We are asking for a donation of $5 from each person to cover the cost of renting the pavilion.  Any additional monies will go into our scholarship fund.

The pavilion includes 4 tables with benches but that probably won’t be enough so please bring a folding chair just in case.  Also, any card tables or folding tables would be useful.
